Chicago native Brenda Moore-Frazier, founder of Signature Performance Image & Etiquette, LLC., etiquette columnist for the Hudson Valley Connoisseur magazine (Gannett publication), and co-author of Executive Image Power received her formal training as a speech-language pathologist at Elmhurst College where she earned a BS degree, and an MS degree at the University of Vermont. Her professional career in Vermont and New York, where she now resides, has spanned over 30 years.

Brenda received her training as a consultant at the Image Resource Center of NY and was awarded a Certificate of Achievement from Etiquette Survival, LLC. A non-judgmental attitude, expert listening skills, and keen sense of humor characterize Brenda as a professional with whom clients feel comfortable sharing their vision. Her training approach has been described as creative, energetic, and down-to-earth. Brenda has presented for organizations such as General Electric, Cendant Mobility, the Connecticut Association for Healthcare Quality, and PathStone (formerly, Rural Opportunity Inc.) on corporate dress, stress reduction, networking and business etiquette. Brenda has also used her expertise to create Good Neighbor 101, an etiquette program for community youth which has led to continued relationship with the Culinary Institute of America.

Brenda's long-time fascination with the arts inspired her to volunteer service with the Dutchess County Arts Council. She also serves as a member on the award-winning Mill Street Loft (a non-profit arts organization) Board of Directors. In addition, Brenda has been cultivating her interest in color, design, and fashion as a trained/certified color analyst and appearance consultant since the mid '80's.

Brenda has served on the Dutchess County Legislature's Task Force Against Domestic Violence, the Hyde Park Recreation Commission, and the Dutchess County Human Rights Commission. In 2003, she received a grant from the Eleanor Roosevelt Legacy Committee, which sponsors an annual campaign school. The grant was awarded to select women running for political office in the state of New York. Brenda now serves as a mentor for other women seeking political office.

Professional affiliations include the Association for Image Consultants International (AICI), International Society of Protocol and Etiquette Professionals, the New York State Speech-Language-Hearing Association, and the American Association of University Women.
