Dear Brenda,

Thank you for delivering a great presentation for our frontline associates. I appreciated your thoughtfulness in preparing for our group. I hope we can work together in the near future.

Thank you again and again,

"About 20 years ago, Brenda used her expertise as a color analyst to assess the range of colors that would be ideal for my hair and skin color. To this day, I use her advice when planning my wardrobe. The "Summer" colors, which she suggested enhance my features and give me a more polished look."
-Cheryl B., Art Teacher, Verbank, N.Y.
"Many of my most productive and satisfying work experiences over the past 18 years have been while conducting social communication / etiquette groups with Brenda Frazier. Brenda has developed a fun, down-to-earth approach utilizing a full range of multi-sensory techniques. The homework and field assignments are carefully designed to encourage the use of learned strategies in the real world.
- Margaret H., Social Worker, CSW, Poughkeepsie, N.Y.
"After 28 years of teaching, you would think it would be easy for someone like me to speak publicly. How different it is to be speaking to adults and the media. Brenda Frazier has the knowledge and the expertise to help you get through those awkward beginnings."
- Doris K., former Town Board member and Congressional candidate, Hyde Park, N.Y.
"The suggestions and handouts were well organized and helpful. Brenda made me feel comfortable performing my role as program emcee. The breathing exercises were great. Laughing while learning was the best way to calm my fears. Thank you for all your help, Brenda. I couldn't have done it without you!"
Gina B., Administrative Assistant for Town Supervisor, Wappingers, N.Y.
"Honest discussion about my appearance was very helpful. Brenda provided suggestions for improvement I would have never thought of. Her knowledge base is extensive. I dislike talking about my appearance, however, Brenda made the consultation comfortable. The experience was well worth the cost!"
-Brynie C., Psychologist, Poughkeepsie, N.Y.
I liked this class because it made me more comfortable around people I don't know. I learned how to eat different courses, too. I had lots of fun and would recommend this class to anyone. -Julia F., Hyde Park, NY
I have learned many basic skills in this class like:
  • How to set the table correctly
  • Where to sit at a dinner table (both rectangular/round tables)
  • How to carry yourself (what to do and what not to do)
  • How to eat with people
-Tanesha J., Hyde Park, NY
What I learned during the time I was here was how to set the table properly and what utensils to use first and what ones to use last. I also learned how to eat hard food items. I found these courses very interesting and found it very fun. I would love to have this class again if I have the chance. -Stanzie M., Hyde Park, NY
I learned to sit nicely or to see how other people see me and how to see good etiquette, also. This program is great. -Samantha L., Hyde Park, NY
